The expansive park, located about 10 minutes from the Fenwick Inn, has everything from fishing and walking paths to soccer and baseball fields. As the temperature rises, there is really nothing quite like a picnic with your family. All you need is a blanket and some delicious food and you are sure to have a wonderful day at Northside Park. After your meal, make some time to explore the two piers, two playgrounds, and gazebo that are some of the park’s most popular attractions. Depending on the day, there may even be special kids’ activities available, though you should reserve your spot with the Ocean City Recreation and Parks Department beforehand so you do not miss out. Ocean City is especially beautiful in the summer months, and Northside Park is one more place where you can enjoy that beauty.
